Flashgriffin

Lately my focus has been on costumes for the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo, which at the time of this writing is 11 days away.  I have had my 4 day pass for MONTHS and am looking forward to it with growing anticipation. A couple of other people I know are dressing as Jedi this year, and I was convinced to make a Jedi costume to join them.  I went with the blue robe because I found the photos by hapajedi (https://www.deviantart.com/hapajedi) which feature a Jedi Master with blue robes, and was inspired.  I like the traditional look, and am still hoping to finish a brown robe someday, but I like to be different as well.  Blue is different. :) The other project that I

Well, no.  Not really.  I kinda want to learn all the things! Things are looking up.  I have gotten a few commissions off my chest, and managed not to pile up a ton more... I know, right! I've started working on my Challenge for Inga, and it feels awesome.  I wish I could just continue going and get it all done, but I need to get a few commissions and other projects out of the way too.  The part I've started is the arming vest, cus the Zoombang shirt under my armor feels uncomfortable the way it is.  Hopefully, when all is said and done, it will work much better.  That is the plan, anyway.  :) Then I have a dress to make for work, and some

Someday I will have time to work on any of the berjillion projects that I want/need to make for myself. Someday I will win the lottery so I can immerse myself in the SCA and make my life perfect.  Right? Somedays only come if you work for them.
